Three site types are available

1. FTP Account addressed like http://www.vamason.org/no34/
2. Sub-domain addressed like http://no5.vamason.org (annual contribution requested)
3. Domain using your own registered name, e.g. http://virginiaroyalarch.org (annual contribution requested)

Support includes creation of a main page (index.php), a calendar account setup, content manager group setup including a Wiki Template, Forum, Image Gallery. If you already have a site and want to move it, I will assist. If you want an auto transfer page to your site, let me know. The main page will have 3 frames:

• Smart Menu with links to standard content
• Current Wiki homepage
• List of your events extracted from the "Calendar"

The easiest why to get your events advertised to the membership is to use the calendar. See Calendar Help for more information. The calendar is suitable for planning as well as last minute changes.

Sub-domain and domain accounts will be provided with a CPanel to manage their site including the ability to manage ))FrontPage(( server extensions, FTP accounts, domain email accounts, email forwarding, and more.

Each body should appoint a webmaster. They will be given an FTP account for access using ))FrontPage(( or a similar HTML editor to locally edit your site and publish it. They will be given editor privledges for the content manager. The webmaster may update a "group record" (calendar user) which will then be automatically reflected in the "home page menu". The webmaster may modify the home page to whatever format is desired.

Users need to be registered to gain full benefit of the site including the ability to edit the group's content. If I receive a spreadsheet with their names and e-mails, I can bulk load them. Otherwise they or the webmaster will need to register using the login panel. I will still need a list of members of the group to validate. This will constitute them being validated as a member of the Virginia Masonic Family. If they belong to other groups, the list may include that information.
